STAN GILLESPIE
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
VICTORY MINISTRIES OF ALASKA

Stan was born to missionary parents in Alaska. After attending Multnomah Bible College and serving with several ministries, the Lord moved Stan and his wife, Ginny back to Alaska where he took on the leadership of Victory Bible Camps in 1974. During their thirty years in that position, the ministry expanded to take on another camp facility and then moved to run multiple camps from each of the two facilities. Stan has served on the Board of Directors for CCCA and on the Regional Board for American Camping Association. In 2004, Stan and Ginny resigned their positions with Victory Ministries and joined the staff of Global Outreach Group. Stan served as Partnerships Director before retiring in 2017.

Jeff accepted Christ at age 22 in a Bible study for bull-riders.  Formerly from Wasilla, AK, Jeff now lives with his wife, Cheryl in Utah.  While active in the youth and adult ministries at Wasilla Bible Church, he became acquainted and fell in love with Victory Bible Camp and its staff.  Jeff says, “I feel very blessed, inspired, challenged and responsible, for having been chosen as a Board Member of Victory Ministries of Alaska. So much has been and is being done for the Kingdom at Victory, that I see this as my primary job on earth. I pray that I will continue to grow in this seat on the board, both in my knowledge and understanding of God’s Word and how to help lead Victory in a way pleasing to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Jeff also teaches a Bible study at Southwest Youth Detention Center in Cedar City, UT and co-leads Precepts Inductive Bible study at the Cedar City Library
