Financial Integrity

Victory Ministries of Alaska is committed to operating with conservative fiscal policies and integrity.

We welcome you to view our most recently published Form 990 here (2019) (2020) (2021)(2022). The Form 990 is a United States Internal Revenue Service form that provides the public with financial information about a nonprofit organization. It is also used by government agencies to prevent organizations from abusing their tax-exempt status.

We also have an independent review of our financials by Alban & Company here.

ECFA Accreditation

In September 2020, Victory Ministries of Alaska received accreditation from the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA)! Founded in 1979, ECFA provides accreditation to leading Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate compliance with established standards for financial accountability, transparency, fundraising, and board governance.

The finance team and others at Victory Ministries spent several years in planning and implementation, bringing all of the aforementioned activities into compliance with EFCA standards and best practices. This accreditation is even more of an accomplishment because it happened under COVID, and was granted on the first submission.  For our financial supporters, this shows that we are committed to on-going faithful stewardship of their donations. Our most recent report can be read here. We transitioned from a financial calendar a standard calendar year for 2021, which means we also reported on a short three month year for the end of 2020. 2022 will be coming out shortly.
