Step 1: Login to the previous giving platform using this link

Click on the Sign In button at the top of the page and use your e-mail address and password to access your giving profile.

Step 2: Stop your Recurring Payment

Select “Scheduled” the center button at the top of the page.

Once you see your list of Recurring Donations, click the arrow on the right side of each of your donations and click on the trash Icon

A new window will appear, asking you to confirm your cancellation. Please repeat this process for each donation.

 

Step 3: Use this link to access the new giving platform

Enter your information to restart your reoccurring donations.
